These surcharges apply only to the applicable base rate.
How it works
1. First contact
After a WhatsApp or email message, we schedule a free meet and greet of about 30 minutes at your home.
2. Meet and greet
We discuss your cat, food, routines, key handover, emergency contact and any extra wishes.
3. Agreement and payment
Once everything is agreed, the arrangements are confirmed and payment is made in advance.
4. Care period
During the care period you receive updates by WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation and emergencies
Cancellation is free up to 7 days in advance. Within 7 days, 50% is refunded. Within 24 hours before the start, no refund is given. In emergencies, the owner is contacted first, then the emergency contact person. A vet can be contacted when necessary. The sitter is not liable for negative situations caused by aggressive or unpredictable cat behaviour.
